This notice explains what personal information this website collects and what happens to it. Astara Digital is an independent studio operated by Zineddine Kessaimi. Questions: hello@astaradigital.dev.
What we collect
- When you send a brief: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to write in the form (company, project type, budget, timeline, message).
- When you book a call: the booking is handled by Cal.com, inside an embedded calendar. Cal.com receives the details you enter there and handles them under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- When you visit: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site, keep it secure and stop spam. This includes Cloudflare Turnstile on the brief form. Turnstile is covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum (opens in a new tab).
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and this site doesn't set cookies of its own. Cal.com may use cookies inside its calendar.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it's stored
Briefs are sent to our email inbox and a copy is kept in a database on Cloudflare, so no enquiry is lost. Our email is provided by Google. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs for 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Emailhello@astaradigital.dev and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top.
